As of a few weeks back, this is my entire combined 30k Mechanicum and 40k Imperial Guard force.
The Tahgmata Yaena.
A vicious and elite-heavy force of stormtroopers, veterans and superheavies. all backed up by the power-armour-shredding might that is the Mechanicum itself.
Future plans: More of everything.

My Admech currently consists of:
Approximately 3000 points of Guard (in red with white cogs) to represent Tech Guard.
approximately 2500 points of Forgeworld 30k era Mechanicum, mixed blues and reds
and a further 2000 points of assorted Cult Mechanicus and Skitarii predominantly in blues.
I also have the Reaver Titan.
Pretty substantial I reckon
The unit in front of the Thanatar is a conversion built mostly using the Skaven Doom Flayer kit and an imperial guard sentinel. I'm using it as a Malagra Magos with an Abeyant and twin chainfists
